The study of adavus (basic steps), margam (dances), sahitya (poetic text), deva dasi history, hatha yoga (asana), hasta prana (mudras), tala and nattuvangam (rhythm) are all powerful ways to deepen your dance practice and your life.
All levels ages 6 and above are welcome.
